We who are working at FLAIT Group have background from 4 different nationalities (Russian, Norwegian, German, and Finnish). It allows us to put things in perspective and act internationally to detect problems, and find solutions in accordance with both national and international laws and Russian and Western ways of thinking.
We have been working at the Murmansk regional and Russian customer service market during more than 8 years, and have therefore natural and well developed networks, both locally and internationally in the area. That makes it difficult for other companies to compete with us in the service sphere, either on quality or price. This applies to all 4 companies in the Group. This helps us again to be very efficient and cost-effective in the work we perform for our customers and partners in Murmansk / Russia.
